The Growth Trends Report

This report allows you an at-a-glance look at your Active Email Subscribers, Facebook likes and Twitter followers in a numeric and graphical format.

Email - Facebook - Twitter
Growth Trend reports are available for Active Emails Subscribers, Facebook Likes, and Twitter Followers. Make your selection by clicking on each of the text links. The default page display is Active Email Subscribers. 

Note: 
Data for Facebook will not begin appearing until your Facebook Page has 30 Likes. 

Date Ranges
Data may be viewed for the Day, Week, Month, All time, or a custom date range may be selected by clicking on the clock icon.



Date Column
The Date column will populate for a specific date when one or more contacts in your database are either added to or removed from email status =
Active.

Total Active Subscribers Column
This column lists the total number of email addresses in your database that were available to receive an email campaign on that specific day. 

New Subscribers Column
This column lists the total number of contacts in your database that were assigned the email status of "Active" on that specific day (even for just a moment).

Note: Contacts that are removed from the "Active" email status, do not have their own column. Contacts removed from Active are represented by a reduction in the Total Active Subscribers count.



Day by Day Happenings (see table above)

  • Oct 1:  The email status of 1000 contacts change to "Active", giving this database a total of 1000 Active email subscribers. This could happen by list importation or the adding of properly formatted email addresses to 1000 contacts already in the database. 
  • Oct 2 - Oct 24:  No contacts in the database record a change to or away from the Active email status.
  • Oct 25:  The Total Active email status reduces by four (1000 - 4 = 996).
  • Oct 26 - Oct 27:  No contacts in the database record a change to or away from the Active email status.
  • Oct 28:  The Total Active email status reduces by one. (one record has its email status changed from Active to something else)
  • Oct 29 - Oct 30:   No contacts in the database record a change to or away from the Active email status.
  • Oct 31:  The Total Active email status reduces by four. 
  • Nov 1 - Nov 2:  No contacts in the database record a change to or away from the Active email status.
  • Nov 3:  Four contacts change to the Active email status but eight change away from the Active email status (991 + 4 - 8 = 987).
  • Nov 4:  No contacts in the database record a change to or away from the Active email status.
  • Nov 5: One contact changes to the Active email status.
  • Nov 6 - Nov 9: No contacts in the database record a change to or away from the Active email status.
  • Nov 10:  One contact changes to the Active email status.




In this report, the View Contacts/View Selected & Email Contacts/Email Selected applies to the data in the New Subscribers column.

If no rows are selected, View Contacts will display all contacts currently in the database that had an email status of Active at any moment in time. Email Contacts will prepare to send to all contacts with an email status of Active.

If a row or rows are selected, View Selected will display all the contacts that appear in the New Subscribers column for that particular date or dates. Email Selected will prepare to send to all contacts with an email status of Active for the selected date or dates.




Reports may be Printed or Exported to Excel.
