All administrative details relating to your account can be accessed by clicking the Avatar on the right side of the Header panel and selecting Profile from the drop down menu.
Clicking on the Profile link will take you to the profile page and expose additional administrative options.
The Profile section contains the information for the account user. This is the main contact information that will be used automatically in the footer of each broadcast email, to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Changes made on the profile page will update the My Contact record.
Be sure to personalize the From Name and Footer Name as that will be what your email recipients recognize.
Editing Account Profile:
All fields are directly edited by clicking inside the text box and typing. All standard keyboard alpha-numeric keys as well as space, enter, delete, backspace keys work for editing the text.
Save Changes Button:
Once changes have been made to any of the fields, they can be saved by clicking on the Save button on the right side of the Account Profile header bar.
Cancel Changes Button:
If it is necessary to Cancel any changes which have just been made, prior to saving, simply click on the Cancel button on the right side of the Account Profile header bar.
The Profile section must be fully populated before an email can sent. Otherwise you will see this warning on the email editor when you click Send.
